Tabitha is a trauma therapist and owner at Mosaic Clinical Services. Tabitha specializes in treating trauma and criminal justice involvement. She is passionate about using the latest Evidence Based Treatment to help people heal past hurts and stop unhealthy cycles. She primarily uses a combination of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family System (IFS).

Connie is an experienced social worker that specializes in treating eating disorders, anxiety, and depression by managing the symptoms and ultimately healing the underlying trauma. Connie oversees the clinical supervision of our clinicians and sees adult patients. Connie trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).

Lauren Manley, LMSW

Director of Administration | Trauma Therapist  I  Addiction

Lauren is our Director of Administration and oversees billing, invoices, and the over administrative aspects of Mosaic. Mosaic is also a trauma therapist that specializes in treating adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of life challenges. She has worked with individuals experiencing homelessness, addiction, mental health challenges, childhood and adult trauma. Her focus is working with LGBTQ+ folks, women/TGNC trauma survivors, and individuals who have experiences with abusive groups and cults. Lauren is dedicated to helping her patients feel safe and accepted no matter what their struggle and helping them to heal and overcome past and current challenges. Lauren is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).

Kate Buncher, LMSW

Kate works from a relational, trauma-informed perspective that values every individual’s innate wisdom and capacity for growth. She strives to create a nonjudgmental environment that allows you to safely unfold and explore.  She believes in utilizing evidence based practices to work towards better understanding the experiences that formed you and releasing that which no longer serves you. Kate is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)

Deanna specializes in treating adults suffering from anxiety, depression, addiction (including sexual addiction, PTSD and other issues. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). Deanna believes in the importance of working together to set goals and offering practical strategies to help you manage symptoms and heal.

Crystal is all about the details! Crystal ensures that insurances and patients are billed correctly and assists with new patients entering the practice. Crystal has a variety of administrative experience and is passionate about helping those struggling with mental health and addiction.

Drea is our all around administrative support person. She answers the phone for new patients and schedules intakes, helps with insurance credentialing, and generally making sure the office runs smoothly and the therapists have the support they need.

Jane specializes in working with adults who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm and many other issues. Jane also enjoys working with parents to help their children heal and improve family dynamics. Jane utilizes an integrative approach incorporating  from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).

Nicole is a passionate and experienced therapist specializing in providing trauma treatment for adults. She specializes in anxiety, depression, behavioral problems and a history of trauma. Nicole is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).

Starting therapy can be a scary and overwhelming time. It’s a vulnerable position to reach out and ask someone to help with the most intimate parts of our lives. It’s an honor when someone asks me to be part of their healing journey. Every person has the strength to work through their challenges, they just sometimes need a little extra help. Lia is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

My work is primarily with adults with a focus on overcoming trauma, addiction, dual diagnosis and relationship issues. I have extensive experience working with those who have severe mental illness and/or addiction. Kristen is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Reprocessing and Desensitization (EMDR). I also enjoy working from a strengths perspective because I believe we all have strengths that we can harness to better our daily lives.

Samantha specializes in treating ages 5-25. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management and family conflict. Samantha works with the family as well as the identified patient to help manage symptoms and improve behavior. She also focuses on working with young adults in transition. Samantha is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),  Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
