Tabitha started Mosaic in 2015 with the mission to provide the latest evidence based treatment for trauma to everyone-including those who could not afford self pay. Since that time the Mosaic team has grown to include multiple therapists and administrators who share a passion to help people find healing. Tabitha is committed to ensuring that Mosaic provides top notch trauma treatment that is as accessible as possible to patients, while also providing therapists with a supportive work environment. Tabitha's previous clinical work focused on treating trauma and criminal justice involvement. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family System (IFS).

Connie is an experienced social worker that specializes in treating eating disorders, anxiety, and depression by managing the symptoms and ultimately healing the underlying trauma. Connie oversees the clinical supervision of our clinicians and sees adult patients. Connie is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Moral Recognition Therapy (MRT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Deanna specializes in treating adults suffering from anxiety, depression, addiction (including sexual addiction) PTSD and other issues. Deanna believes in the importance of working together to set goals and offering practical strategies to help you manage symptoms and heal.

Lauren is our Director of Administration and oversees billing, invoices, and the over administrative aspects of Mosaic. Lauren is also a trauma therapist that specializes in working with adolescents and adults, LGBTQ+ folks, women/TGNC trauma survivors, and individuals who have experiences with abusive groups and cults. Lauren is dedicated to helping her patients feel safe and accepted no matter what their struggle and helping them to heal and overcome past and current challenges. Lauren is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).

Kate is an experienced therapist with a specialty in trauma, severe mental illness and neurodivergence. Kate provides clinical supervision to our therapists, ensuring the highest quality of care and adherence to protocols for Evidence Based Practices.

John handles a variety of administrative tasks, oversees new program development and supports team members in their roles.
